Pricing depends on square footage, complexity, number of floors, ceiling height variation, access, and required deliverables. Typical commercial as-built projects range from $1,500 for a small tenant suite to $12,000+ for larger multi-story buildings with expanded deliverables (elevations, sections, Revit, etc.). We quote fixed-fee pricing based on your scope so you know the cost before we begin.

Field capture is typically completed in one visit, ranging from a few hours for a single suite to a full day (or more) for larger multi-floor buildings. CAD deliverables are commonly ready within 5–10 business days depending on complexity and scope. Revit models typically require 10–15 business days. If you have a permit-driven deadline, rush turnaround may be available depending on schedule and scope.

Yes. We can format floor plans, elevations, and sections for commercial permit submittals using standard sheet conventions (scale notation, north arrow, title block, and consistent sheet organization). If your jurisdiction or architect has specific formatting requirements, share them up front and we’ll match those standards so your team can submit without reformatting.

Yes — TI as-built drawings are one of our most common commercial requests. We document existing conditions in leased spaces (demising walls, storefront conditions, column locations, ceiling grids, and visible MEP rough-ins as required) so your design team can start TI planning from accurate base drawings. We coordinate directly with the tenant, landlord, architect, or contractor depending on who is managing the project.

Yes. We can convert point cloud data into a Revit model built to your specified Level of Development (LOD). Architectural elements like walls, floors, ceilings, openings, and structural columns are modeled based on scope. If MEP modeling is needed, it can be included by request. Revit deliverables can follow your naming conventions and standards so the model plugs into your workflow cleanly.

Under standard commercial conditions, our LiDAR-based workflow supports ±1/8" documentation tolerances for architectural drawings, depending on access, line-of-sight, and project constraints. Every deliverable goes through QA/QC, including dimension checks and cross-referencing against the registered point cloud. For tight-tolerance projects (equipment coordination, retrofit interfaces, etc.), we can scope additional verification and provide registration/QC documentation when requested.
